HGV's strength lies in the expertise of our employees. We combine specialist knowledge from business and real estate management, architecture, and sustainability (ESG) with excellence in finance, taxes, and controlling. Our specialist departments work hand in hand with our investment officers, who, with their in-depth industry knowledge, manage the city's core issues – from public transport, traffic, and logistics to utilities, real estate, and urban development.

Our management team consists of Dr. Isabella Niklas and Oliver Jensen. Together, they guide HGV's strategic direction and continuously develop its investment portfolio in the best interests of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. With their extensive expertise in business, law, and administration, they ensure the stability of the group holding company and position it for the future.
