Privacy

HGV operates the website www.hgv.hamburg.de. Within the framework of the binding regulations of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are required to inform you of the following points when you use our website.

I. Collection and processing of personal data when visiting this website

1. Personal Data

Personal data within the meaning of Art. 4 GDPR refers to all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. E.g., name, address, email addresses, or date of birth. Information about your usage behavior on this website can also be personal data if it is possible to infer your identity through this information.

2. Scope of the processing of personal data

In principle, we only process personal data insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. When you access our website, general information is automatically stored in a log file. During this process, your IP address, name of the retrieved file, date and time of retrieval, description of the type of web browser used, amount of data transferred, and notification of whether the retrieval was successful are temporarily stored. This data is also generated when accessing any other website on the internet; it is therefore not a specific function of this website. Storage takes place for the purpose of maintaining integrity (e.g., to defend against/trace spam/DDoS attacks); an evaluation of this data takes place exclusively for statistical purposes in anonymized form. Beyond this, no data regarding your person is stored.

3. Data deletion/ Storage period

We delete the above-mentioned personal data after 5 working days. Generally.

4. Legal basis for data processing

The legal basis for the storage of the data and the log files is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (f) GDPR. Since the collection of data is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website, you cannot object to the processing.
